Objectives: Starting from scraps and with limited data, I gave this Medical Spa its very own visual enhancement. I researched the market, interviewed clients and employees and gathered pain points to design an aesthetic that aligned with business objectives and user goals. My contributions included a brand style guide and all major brand assets, including: name, logo, slogan, typography, storefront signs, promotional materials, ad campaigns, banners, and much more. I went on to redesign the website, improving user experience and increasing conversion rates by 16%.
