Objective: My main role at Bose was to support the designers and engineers in R&D during the development and launch of the Bose Soundlink Color speaker and the Noise-Cancelling headphones. I onboarded contractors, managed workflows and calendars, organized meetings and planned team building events. I facilitated and aided in communications via sharepoint website, reinforced brand guidelines, spearheaded programs for overworked employees, and designed + managed a competitor product library. Participated in UX research and provided feedback regarding button placement, bluetooth voice prompts, and color selections.
