Metro-Bostonian boutique medical spa gets a facelift and makeover of its own.
With an increasing demand for medical beauty services, boutique medical spa owner, Fiona, reached out to me to rebrand the business. Starting from scraps and with limited data, I researched the market, interviewed clients and employees and gathered user pain points before I went on to design a new visual aesthetic that neatly aligned with business objectives and user goals. My contributions included a brand style guide and all major digital and print branding assets, including logo, slogan, typography, storefront signs, promo materials, ad campaigns, banners, and many more. I went on to redesign the website, improving the user experience and increasing conversion rates by up to 16%.
